Do I need an RN or PN?
A PN provides basic newborn care while an RN provides more specialised care like premature baby care, sleep and feed training as well as basic care.
Can the nurse wash the baby’s clothes?
The nurse is responsible for sterilising baby bottles and keeping the baby’s environment safe and clean. However it is not part of her job description to wash the baby’s clothes.
Can I still get a nurse to help me at night?
Nurses can work during the day or night. Night nurses are especially helpful if you’re breastfeeding or need that restful sleep at night.
